Jay Steward, the store manager of Family Dollar on  6415 E Raines Rd, Memphis, TN 38115 is a leader who 100% leads by example. Jay Steward is skilled at multi-tasking.  In true leadership style, this store manager perfected the roles of store greeter, stock clerk, check out cashier, and sales person.  When I entered the store, Jay Steward was stocking products. Steward greeted me with a professional welcome to the store. As I approached the counter, she quickly redirected, and proceeded to ring up my products all while recommending a few of  the sales items of the week that  I might be interested in purchasing.  Her sales pitch was so convincing I bought several of the suggested items.

Talk about understanding the value of good customer service!   Jay Steward possesses the fundamental components to educate employees on the value of great customer service and an even greater capability to out shine the neighboring competition.
