In true leadership style, this store manager perfected the roles of store greeter, stock clerk, check out cashier, and sales person. When I entered the store, Jay Steward was stocking products. Steward greeted me with a professional welcome to the store. As I approached the counter, she quickly redirected, and proceeded to ring up my products all while recommending a few of the sales items of the week that I might be interested in purchasing. Her sales pitch was so convincing I bought several of the suggested items.
