Memorable Customer Service Experience-Repeatedly

Everyone has an unforgettable top-notch customer service experience at least a time or two. The type of experience whereas you were so impressed and blown away with the high level of quality customer service received. So many brands fail to realize bad customer service can hurt your business. No matter how great or in demand the product/products are, customer service should lead the way showing customers the #1 goal above all else is to provide awarding winning customer service.  Outstanding customer service enhances the marketing of products and makes them more attractive to consumers.  Great Customer service is the life line of all brands. It is purposely designed to draw customers in and keep them coming back for more.  Although reducing prices is a way to attract customers, getting them to come back is the core objective. This is why great customer service is so important. Good customer service means giving consumers an extraordinary unforgettable experience.
 

A good sales approach is everything! It is the deciding factor that often determines whether a customer will buy into what a salesperson is selling.   Have you ever experience a customer representative trying to sale you everything under the sun all in the name of their “commission check”? I can’t stand a pushy salesperson one that has a colossal forceful approach to sell a product, all in the name of “their” commission check. They could care less if the product is right for you or even if you really have a need for the product.

The T-Mobile brand is Halo-Orangees’ Customer Service Spotlight Company for the month of January 2014. T-Mobile’s spotlight was earned by Genaro R. He’s a retail associate/salesperson in customer service for T-Mobile located at 6472 Winchester Rd, Memphis, TN.  Genaro‎’s customer service skills are dexterous. He has full knowledge of all T-Mobile products being sold at this location. His ease approach of informing customers about products and services has just the right tough.

The thing that grabbed my attention about Genaro R. was his questions-what are you looking for in a phone and what will you primarily be using the phone for. He focused on what I came in the store for and made sure I selected the best possible option with an emphasis on assuring the phone met my needs. Once I purchased my phone and it was set up, ready for use, Genaro R. introduced me to other T-Mobile products that I may be interested in; however, not before completely taking care of the purpose of my visit to T-Mobile (purchasing a new cell phone). He introduced me to several products. One of the products was a Mobile Broadband Device. This product happened to be one that I didn’t currently have, decided to purchase for my daughter. I’m one of the cheapest individuals on planet earth and it takes an exceedingly skilled customer service/salesperson to achieve the goal of getting me to buy into the idea of making a purchase of any sort other than life required necessities. Not only is Genaro R. one hell of a skilled customer service/salesperson he also is a very handsome young man.  Ford model agency, I think you may want to pay Genaro R. a visit he can very well have a paramount career in modeling or better yet be the next “star” of all T-Mobile ad (commercial, billboards, etc.,) campaigns.
